Techniques

I-tape

1.     The length of the tape is determined in the position of maximal stretching of the muscle that should be influenced or where the work is planned.
2.     Separate an operating part of the tape from the paper, leaving the base of the tape on the paper (4 cm long).
3.     Apply the body of the tape without or with a small tension.
4.     Rub the tape with an arm for better contact with the skin.
5.     Attention! Please apply the tape carefully and avoid folding
6.     Separate remaining 4 cm of the paper from the tape and apply without tension on a maximally stretching area of the skin
7.     Rub the applied tape several types with a good force for more strength fixation.Lymph-tape
1.     Cut the required length of the tape.
2.     Cut the tapes into 4-5 long strips. The tape base is 4 cm, and it is left integer.
3.     The width of cut tape strips should be 0.7 cm to 1.5 cm.
4.     The base of the tape is applied without tension towards the nearest lymph node.
5.     The strips are applied on the skin wave-like with a minimal tension.

Fascia-tape

1. The shape of the tape is identical to I-tape. Cut the required length of the tape.
2. Fold double the tape. Slot the body of the tape with three or more parallel cuts so that the base of the tape (about 4 cm) is left integer.
3. Apply the base of the tape on the skin so that the strips in the middle are with protective paper.
4. After fixation of tape bases, apply gradually lateral strips with a 30 % tension from the base/center of the tape.
5. Repeat the steps in parallel from marginal strips to middle till complete application of the tape.

Ligament-tape
1. The shape of the tape is identical to I-tape
2. Attention! When using this method, it should be considered that the tape is applied with tension and its baseline length will be changed.
3. Separate the paper beginning from the center, leaving about 4 cm on both sides on the paper.
4. Stretch the tape to the maximum and apply it.
5. Apply tape ends without tension.
6. Rub the applied tape with a good force for more strength fixation.

Y-tape
1.     The length of the tape is determined in the position of maximal stretching of the muscle that should be influenced or where the work is planned.
2.     Tape is rounded on one side. Two strips of the required length are cut on another side, and their ends are rounded also.
3.     Separate 4 cm of the tape from the paper. Apply the base on the point of beginning/insertion of muscle (at the same time, muscle is in neutral position).
4.     Then stretch the muscle to a maximum. Strips of the tape cover muscle in peripheral areas along the direction of fascicles.
5.     We apply ending part of the strip without tension in neutral position.
6.     Rub the applied tape several types with a good force for more strength fixation.

Lymph-tape
