Sacroiliac joint

Indications: Pain in sacrum, sacroileitis

1. This method requires three I-tapes. Tape length is approximately 10, 12, and 15 cm.
2. Apply all the tapes using ligament method. Maximally stretchering operating part of the tape, both bases are applied without tension.
3. The first shortest tape is applied horizontally in the region of S3-S4. 
4. The second long tape is applied horizontally, covering the first one by 1/4.
5. The third long tape is also applied horizontally, covering the second one by 1/4.


Sacroiliac joint (variant 2)
Indications: Pain in sacrum, sacroileitis

1. This method requires two I-tapes approximately 10 cm long. 
2. Apply the bases of the tapes as below sacroiliac joints as possible. 
3. Then apply the tape according to the joint anatomy with a minimal tension.
